Responsibilities
- Oversee daily corporate operations to ensure alignment with company strategic goals.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of operations professionals across various departments.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project lifecycles and deliver results on time.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership regarding operational health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate operations or management.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
