Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize corporate workflows: Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce overhead costs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company’s long-term business objectives and market expansion.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor operational budgets, forecast expenses, and provide regular financial reports to executive stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies through data analysis and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate operations, management, or a related business function.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
