Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily corporate operations to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's broader business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-functional projects, acting as the primary liaison between departments such as HR, IT, and Finance.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage the annual operational budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate operations, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects from conception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying process bottlenecks.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to company facilities as needed.
