Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily corporate operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company’s long-term goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Manage the annual budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational health.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
