Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize daily corporate operations to ensure seamless workflow and maximum productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement strategic process improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and analytics for executive leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate operations, management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business meetings.
