Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership through regular reporting.
- Streamline internal processes and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
