Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of complex corporate projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timeline adherence.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite executives and cross-functional teams, providing clear communication and status updates.
- Risk & Quality Control: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team workflows and resource distribution to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies and corporate procedures to drive operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability and innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate project management or business analysis.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Location: Must reside in or near Cleveland, Ohio (commuting required).
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
