Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Oversee SEO and SEM campaigns, optimizing content to achieve top-ranking positions on major search engines.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and ROI data to refine marketing tactics and improve budget efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and negotiate vendor contracts for advertising and agency services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets over $100k annually.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing 3+ direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Portland, OR.
