Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing codebases and refactor them for maximum performance and security.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- API Development: Design and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs that power our client-facing products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Testing & QA: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Styled Components).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or GCP.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
