Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient microservices and cloud-native architectures using AWS/GCP.
- Development: Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure sub-100ms response times under high load.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical code reviews, and define engineering best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong expertise in Node.js or Python with RESTful API design.
- Cloud: Proven experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues.
