Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code for maximum efficiency and speed.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of services.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less).
- Backend Expertise: Strong understanding of server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go) and RESTful APIs.
- Database Skills: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
