Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Design complex distributed systems and microservices architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Trend Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing, Neuromorphic chips) to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); deep understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Futuristic Tech Savvy: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 vision, such as AI/ML integration or quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
