The Role:
You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our roadmap for 2026 is not just ambitious, but executable and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical architecture for the 2026 product launch cycle, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling massive concurrent loads.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for speed and efficiency in real-time applications.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our R&D division to prototype and validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with emerging AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed cloud systems (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business objectives into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
