Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies relevant to our industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions.
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data governance for the next generation of digital products.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the development of partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Web3, and Edge Computing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for long-term R&D projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
