Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum, and Web3.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that support long-term business growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-generation technologies.
- Evaluate and integrate predictive analytics tools to forecast market shifts.
- Establish best practices for sustainability in tech infrastructure and energy-efficient computing.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future visions into actionable technical strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy for major projects or product lines.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Modeling.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and their potential application in business.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
