Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 technology and societal shifts
- Develop and maintain the company's Strategic Foresight Framework with quarterly updates
- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps for Board-level decision-making
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic insights at global industry conferences and investor summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-oriented thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
