Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Lead strategic workshops with stakeholders to align on future tech priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on technology futures
- Advise executive team on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 capabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
