Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley lab
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech conferences on 2026 technology forecasts
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive tech trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
