- Coordinate cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, designers, and ethicists
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership channels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing influential futures research (peer-reviewed journals or major media)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
