Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 vision and market disruption goals
- Lead research and development of emerging tech applications (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-innovate future solutions
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of experimental R&D and calculated risk-taking
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks to inform strategic positioning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 10+ year horizon planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or neurotech
- Successful track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
