Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders with quarterly impact assessments
- Cultivate an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors via curated symposiums
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Drive organizational culture shift through immersive future literacy programs and workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact methodologies
- Presentation mastery for executive audiences with portfolio of published foresight work
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
