Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for the 2026 product suite and infrastructure.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural networks and generative AI systems.
- Define the ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and compliance standards for autonomous AI agents.
- Mentor and guide a high-performance team of junior data scientists and researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate advanced AI into user-facing applications.
- Present research findings and technical roadmaps to internal stakeholders and external investors.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Deep Learning or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes).
- A strong track record of publications in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or patents.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or edge AI deployment is a plus.
