Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Produce high-impact future trend reports and whitepapers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurist conferences and symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight practice
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Deep expertise in technology convergence and societal forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published author in futurism or innovation journals preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or WFS) required
