Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Design and facilitate workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational functions
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience advising C-level executives on strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
