As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and climate simulation experts to build actionable future scenarios. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment strategy, and our global impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly trend reports on exponential technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate modeling)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to map 5-10 year strategic pathways
- Design and prototype experimental solutions using emerging tech stacks (e.g., GPT-7, neuromorphic chips)
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish in journals like 'Futures Research Quarterly'
- Mentor junior futurists and build our internal foresight methodology framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Degrees, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
