Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps with measurable 2026 milestones

- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Secure $5M+ innovation budgets and manage vendor ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML tools and sustainability metrics
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published author in futurism or innovation (IEEE, MIT Press preferred)
