As a key member of our Strategic Futures division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders. You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies like horizon scanning, scenario planning, and AI-powered trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities and mitigate disruptive risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and metaverse ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Advise on long-term portfolio strategy and M&A opportunities in emerging sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing actionable 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Palantir, TrendHunter)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum, synthetic biology, Web3.0
