Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from concept to launch
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists and industry experts
- Produce actionable insights through whitepapers and executive briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation case studies
