Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive stakeholders
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-focused concepts
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness assessment
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative foresight tools
