- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and pilot next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI metrics
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and systemic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD)
