Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-year+ innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
