Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework with 15-year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints in biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-ready solutions into enterprise architecture
- Chair the Global Futures Council with 50+ industry thought leaders
- Author white papers on emerging tech disruptions for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $20M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Design organizational resilience protocols for systemic disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos/WEF events
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives
