Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging product categories and service innovations
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' workshops with R&D, design, and executive teams
- Author compelling foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable development principles in all initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with data-driven foresight tools (e.g., AI trend forecasting platforms, Delphi techniques)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major future-focused initiatives implemented with measurable impact
