Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and develop predictive scenario models for 2026+
- Design executive workshops that translate complex futures into strategic business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build proprietary forecasting models using hybrid quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists and develop new foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record developing scenario planning for C-suite audiences
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published work in Harvard Business Review or similar publications
