Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with global stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline tracking and ROI measurement
- Represent company at futurist conferences and publish thought leadership
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology convergence forecasting and scenario planning
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Deep knowledge of 2026+ emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
