Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging trends into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and risk mitigation plans for disruptive technologies
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions addressing climate and equity challenges
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and industrial contexts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight or strategy journals
