Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for training and deploying large-scale foundation models.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategies, and model alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Ensure model efficiency, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or NLP systems to production environments.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and deep learning theory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
