Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist researchers and domain experts
- Advolve Horizon Dynamics' proprietary foresight methodologies and AI-powered trend analysis
- Mentor junior strategists while driving innovation in foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-level strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis and predictive modeling platforms
