Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends through 2028
- Architect strategic roadmaps for clients in Fortune 500 tech and healthcare sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on AI ethics and workforce evolution
- Author white papers published in MIT Tech Review and World Economic Forum forums
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Secure partnerships with Stanford and MIT for joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend reports
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
