Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for the 2026 Initiative, aligning with C-suite objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, biotech integration, decentralized networks) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-state scenarios
- Author thought leadership reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure organizational preparedness for 2026-era disruptions

- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
