- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technology adoption curves

- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future-state narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year strategic implementations
