Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging markets
- Present future insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies
- Drive innovation workshops and thought leadership content
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global enterprise clients
