Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futuristic concepts into product development pipelines
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and venture capital partners
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Technology Forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Published work in futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
