Responsibilities
- Architect End-to-End AI Pipelines: Design, build, and optimize large-scale generative AI models and fine-tuning pipelines for production environments.
- Model Optimization: Implement techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to enhance model inference speed and reduce latency.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, and neural architecture search.
- Ethical AI Governance: Develop frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and safe.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into complex software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Generative AI or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Infrastructure: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic issues and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
