Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models (GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude) for specific business applications.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI roadmap and feature specifications.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI safety and alignment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and natural language processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
