Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art machine learning models (LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP) for scalable production use.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and ensure data quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Experiment with new architectures and frameworks to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Define best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
