Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Materials Physics or equivalent breakthrough experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI (2020-2024)
- Proven track record launching $50M+ tech ventures
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global partnerships
- Top 1% Kaggle/ICPC competition ranking
- Active contributor to IEEE 2026 standards committees
