Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing and inference.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate new features.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the technical culture of the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and integrate relevant advancements into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
