Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities for applying machine learning to complex business problems.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and MLOps.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on AI projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
