Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Node.js services and RESTful APIs.
- Architect microservices solutions that integrate seamlessly with front-end teams and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and memory usage to ensure minimal latency.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement robust security protocols and data encryption standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, and non-blocking I/O.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and frameworks such as Express, NestJS, or Koa.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing methodologies.
